I’ve been obsessed with creating since the moment I watched my cousin sketch roses like it was nothing. From then on, I chased that spark, fueled by every “wow” from classmates, teachers, and anyone who caught a glimpse of my doodles. Mixed media became my playground, and I dove into graphic design and photography long before I knew where it would take me. Life threw its curveballs — full‑time work, marriage, kids, the beautiful chaos of building a family in the Black Hills — but the creative itch never shut up. Eventually, I stopped ignoring it and enrolled at The New York Institute of Art + Design, earning my Graphic Design certification and finally stepping into the world I’d been circling for years.

I began my professional experience running marketing for a local pediatric dental office for a couple of years, then made it official: Nevada Rae Designs was born - And I haven't looked back since.

 

When I’m not designing, you might catch me wrangling three wild kids and a baby, chasing two unruly pups, or grabbing a new brew with my partner in crime. Life gets a bit chaotic, especially working from home, but I wouldn't change ot for the world. It's my beautiful chaos. And through all the madness, one thing stays constant — I’m here to help solo entrepreneurs and small businesses bring their vision to life with designs that hit hard and stand out.
