PRE-MADE BRANDING PACKAGE

Purchase, Usage & Return Policy

Thank you for your interest in a pre-made branding package! Each package is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a unique, ready-to-use visual identity for your business.

Because these packages are created as one-of-a-kind, limited-availability designs, please review the following terms before purchasing.

1. ONE PACKAGE — ONE PURCHASER

Each pre-made branding package is available for purchase one time only.

Once a package has been purchased, it will be considered sold and exclusive to the purchaser. The same branding package, including its overall design, logo concept, color palette, and corresponding brand elements, will not be sold to another customer.

Because of this exclusivity, all purchases are considered final and non-refundable.

2. BUSINESS NAME & TAGLINE

The business name and tagline shown in the pre-made package may be replaced with the purchaser's desired business name and/or tagline.

Unless otherwise agreed upon, the package includes customization of the business name and tagline only. Any additional customization, redesign, or changes outside of what is specifically included in the package may be subject to an additional design fee.

If you prefer to purchase the package with the original name and tagline shown in the design, you may do so if that option is offered at checkout.

3. BUSINESS NAME AVAILABILITY & TRADEMARK RESPONSIBILITY

The purchaser is solely responsible for determining whether their desired business name, tagline, logo name, or other identifying elements are legally available for use.

Before purchasing or requesting customization, the purchaser should verify their desired business name with the appropriate:

• State or local business registration/revenue department

• Secretary of State or applicable business entity database

• Federal and/or state trademark databases

• Domain name registrars

• Social media platforms

• Other applicable business or intellectual property databases

The designer does not conduct business-name, trademark, copyright, domain, or legal availability searches on behalf of the purchaser.

Purchasing a branding package does not guarantee that a business name, tagline, logo name, or other branding element is legally available for registration or use.

The purchaser assumes full responsibility for confirming that their selected business name and branding can legally be used and registered.

4. NO LEGAL OR TRADEMARK GUARANTEE

The branding package is a graphic design service and is not legal advice.

The designer does not guarantee that the final business name, tagline, logo, graphics, or other branding elements are free from existing trademarks, copyrights, business registrations, or other intellectual property claims.

The purchaser is encouraged to consult with an attorney or qualified trademark professional if they have concerns regarding the legal use or registration of their business name or branding.

5. DESIGN OWNERSHIP & EXCLUSIVITY

Upon full payment, the purchaser receives the rights to use the final customized branding materials for their business, subject to the terms provided with the package.

The designer retains ownership of any unused concepts, preliminary designs, sketches, working files, rejected concepts, and design elements that were not included as part of the final purchased package.

The designer may display the completed branding package in their portfolio, website, social media, marketing materials, or other promotional materials unless a separate written agreement has been made.

6. WHAT IS INCLUDED

Each pre-made branding package includes only the items specifically listed in the package description at the time of purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for reviewing the package description and included deliverables before purchasing.

Requests for additional designs, revisions, formats, collateral, or services not specifically included in the package may require an additional fee.

7. NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE

All pre-made branding package purchases are final and non-refundable.

Because each package is removed from availability once purchased and becomes exclusive to the purchaser, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or transfers are not available after purchase.

This applies regardless of whether the purchaser has begun using the branding materials.

By purchasing a pre-made branding package, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to this non-refundable policy.

8. PURCHASER-PROVIDED INFORMATION

The purchaser is responsible for providing accurate information, including the correct spelling, capitalization, business name, tagline, contact information, and other details required to customize the branding package.

The designer is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the purchaser.

9. FINAL APPROVAL

Before final files are delivered, the purchaser will have the opportunity to review the customized branding materials and approve the final design.

Once the final design has been approved, additional changes may be subject to an additional design fee.

10. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing a pre-made branding package, the purchaser confirms that they have:

• Read and understood this policy.

• Confirmed that they understand the package is sold only once.

• Understand that the package will no longer be available for purchase once purchased.

• Accepted responsibility for verifying their business name and branding availability.

• Understand that the designer does not provide legal or trademark services.

• Accepted that the purchase is non-refundable.

• Agreed to the terms and conditions outlined above.
